Pinewood Village is a condominium community located in West Lebanon, NH. Established in 1977, Pinewood’s thirty-one (31) individually owned units sit on 8+ acres of woodland. Each of the 13 two-story duplex homes and 5 two-story single family homes, offer privacy in attractive settings.
Pinewood Village Unit Owners Association
Pinewood Village is governed by its Declaration and Bylaws that are administered by an elected Board of owners, who volunteer their time and ensure decisions are made in the best interest of the community. The Board works in conjunction with Moseley Associates Property Management, to manage the maintenance, and the physical and financial health of the community, buildings and grounds.
The Pinewood Village Board, in accordance with the Declaration and Bylaws of the Village, manages the condominium fees that cover ongoing maintenance costs for the Village. Some of the items these fees cover include rubbish and recycling disposal, snow plowing and lawn maintenance needs. The fees also cover repairs to the areas of the buildings and grounds that fall under the responsibility of the Association. In addition, the Board manages the reserve fund, made up of a portion of the condominium fee, for capital needs projects. The Board works with the owners to try and anticipate ongoing future needs and plan ahead for them.
